Founded in 2015, we are building our business as Strategy and Operations advisors, specializing in leveraging industry best practices, government programs and industry groups to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. We are currently growing our Fleet and Aerospace practices, working directly with industry and government on strategic initiatives.

About the Role
Advisory North is looking for a Consultant with a strong understanding of fleet or aerospace businesses. We work with all levels of companies including CEOs, managers, trades people, programmers and administrators. Our projects require our team to collect data and information from various sources and turn them into concise ideas, conclusions and action plans, which can be tailored for any or all of these audiences. Our team members should have a strong understanding and capabilities in as many of the following areas as possible:


·        Business Process Design

·        Operations Analysis

·        Cost / Benefit Analysis

·        Industry growth strategy

·        Market Analysis and Segmentation

·        Staff training

·        Stakeholder engagement


·        Work in ambiguous situations

·        Work in multiple work environments from industrial to professional office settings;

·        Great problem solving skills and quantitative abilities

·        Advanced Excel-based modelling and analysis

·        Advanced PowerPoint presentation development

·        Great relationship building skills

·        Group facilitation and workshop management

·        Primary and secondary research

·        Basic Project Management skills and practices

Industry Experience

We are currently looking or individuals with an understanding of any of the following industries:

·        Aerospace manufacturing or Aviation-related operations

·        Fleet Management: Operations, logistics or maintenance

·        Fleet Technology: Alternative fuel sources and on-board technology

·        Industrial or Manufacturing operations & maintenance

Education & Experience

·        A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Business, Commerce, Engineering with relevant experience

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of the related industries

Travel and Visa Requirements
Most client work is in the Lower Mainland. Consultants must be able to work in Canada. Some clients require travel to the US, and it is preferred that Consultants must qualify for a TN Work Visa under NAFTA (Canadian Citizen). Some clients require International Travel.
